Using the ‘Waiting List’

The ‘Waiting List’ provides you with a way to ensure patients don’t get forgotten if their preferred appointment time is unavailable. All you have to do is enter their requested appointment time in the ‘Waiting List’ screen, and then you’ll be automatically notified if that timeslot becomes available.

Additionally, when you’re in the ‘Scheduler’, there’s an icon on the ‘Function Bar’ called ‘Checking for waiting list’. Basically, you can click any empty time slot in the ‘Scheduler’ and then select this ‘Icon’ and then Practice Perfect will sift through the ‘Waiting List’ for any patient requests matching this time.

Double-booking Patients

Do you ever worry about not having enough time in your calendar? In Practice Perfect, it’s pretty easy to double-book patients.  All you have to do is click an existing timeslot in the calendar (regardless of whether or not there’s already an appointment time) and double-click to add a new appointment.
