Birthdate Notice:
Until now, the "Happy Birthday" notice only appeared in the Client's header on the actual birthday. It will now appear 7 days either before or after the birthdate.
Client Portal password:
The client's Client Portal Password is now masked, but can be displayed by clicking on the icon to the right of the field.
Data Encryption:
Updated data encryption for data in-transit has been included with this update. There is no change in the user experience.
Provider Compensation:
A new security setting entitled Allow to modify compensation has been added to each User and Role, allowing this specific function to be enabled or disabled per user/role.
Changes to Compensation are now also trackable by our support department, if the issue arises.
Client tasks:
Two new columns have been added to the Client, Incident, Tasks tab entitled Due Date and Notify Date. These fields, at present, are for reference purposes only.
Emailing of Invoices, Statements and Receipts:
The Settings for Invoices, Statements and Receipts have now been broken out into their own tabs so that the email wording can be different, for each. This can be found under Settings, Customize Email Appointment and Invoice.....
Please note, the initial settings for each of these mimic what has already beens setup, they should be reviewed.
Payment Processing:
Under Customize, Accounting, General in the Apply Client Payments during service entry drop-down, a new option has been added and is called Same date as service.... What this means, if an overpayment is received, it would be automatically applied to any dates of service that match the payment date (eg; an overpayment made on the 01/03/2024 would be applied to any services that occured on 01/03/2024 automatically, if they exist). The other options, apply to the oldest balance, the newest balance or retain as an overpayment remain intact.
Service Entry:
If a Fee Code exists on an appointment, and a new service is added for that date, the Fee Code from the appointment will appear, by default, during service entry.
Fee Code Usage Rules:
While adding a new Service to a client, the F4 key can now be pressed at any time to display the current Fee Code's Usage Rules (as setup in the Fee Code detail).
Transfers:
An error would sometimes occur when deleting balance transfers - this has been corrected.
Coverage Warnings:
A warning will now appear when trying to book a new appointment for a client if ANY of their coverages have been exceeded.

A column-heading issue involving Functionality Levels and Physician info on the exported version of this report has been corrected.
Funding Report:
A new Export option has been added to this report which will export the raw data of this report to a CSV format,

Activities by Progress Note
The Activities by Progress Note listing screen will now also contain the name of the Co-Provider for each daily note, if one exists.
Canned and Custom Documents:
When Completing/Signing a canned or custom document, you will now be given the option of printing the document right away, similar to the progress notes.
Goals:
A new column has been added to the Activity by Goals screen as is entitled Most Recent. Only one line from the listing may be selected as being Most Recent. If selected, then the goals from this 'Most Recent' line will be carried forward to future notes and documents. By default, the most recent goals, by date, will be brought forward, if nothing is ticked on this listing.
Client Detail and Security:
If security for a user/role is set to NOT Show Client Details, then the Key Patient Information usually displayed on the left hand side of the screen will not appear for that user.
Registration Flow:
The user login and registration experience has been streamlined to make things more clear for both new and existing portal users.
Patient-Booked Appointments:
Appointments booked directly by the patient on the portal were not being shown as being self-booked on the Find Appointments panel if the the Confirmation Required for new appointments option was disabled.
EDI837 Loop 2310 Ordering Provider:
Loops 2310A will now be sent when a) Ordering Provider comes with Referral Number set and all services in the invoice are requested to be sent and b) No service on the invoice is required to send ordering provider;

Checking availability without Registering:
When a potential client visits the client portal there is now a CONTINUE AS GUEST option in which potential clients can check availability without having to first go through the entire registration process. However, in order to actually book the appointment, they will be asked to register first.
