Like 'Treatment or Service Charges', 'Progress Notes' can be created in the wrong 'Incident' from time-to-time.
To assign a 'Progress Note' to the correct 'Incident', begin by selecting Activities by Progress Note from the Function Bar.
Flag the 'Progess Note' in question and select Actions and Transfer Progress notes/Documents from the menu bar at the top of your screen. Choose the 'Incident' to which move you would like to move the 'Progress Note'.
