Pracitce Perfect University:
Our YouTube library of instructional videos can now be accessed by going into Help, About and clicking on the University link.
The Red Lines:
Some love them, some don't! They can now be turned off and on, by user, from Settings, Customize Schedule, Appointment Cell and ticking whether or not to Indicate current time on scheduler. Also, issues with a double red-line for double-booked appointment slots have been corrected.
Client Statements:
There are have been a number of changes/fixes for the new client statements, as follows:
Generic Invoice/Receipt printing:
"Card type" was being cut-off when printed in the Tear-Off/Reply section of these invoices - this has been corrected.
Billing Rules & Sales Tax:
A new tick box can now be found in the Client Billing Rules tab called Include Tax. If selected, Billing Rules that are amount-based will count down including any indicated sales taxes.
Revenue Report:
Body Part has now been added as a new filter to this report allowing users to see all revenue related to a specific area of the body.
Client Listing (Canadian only):
A client's Health # will now be included in the exported version of the Client Listing.
Invoice Journal:
Zone has been added as a new filter to this report.
Payment Application report:
Zone has been added as a new filter to this report.
Payment Application report:
An error that occured sometimes in the summary section of this report has been corrected.
Billing Sheets:
The option to Show details orderded by appointment time was not working properly on this report - this has been corrected.
Referral/Assessment report:
The exported version of this report was not including clients that may have had any deleted incidents. The 4th Diagnostic Code & Description was also being reported incorretly at times. Both of these issues have been corrected.
Revenue Trend report:
Fee Type has been added as a filter on this report.
Labels:
When printing Client mailing labels, there was a restriction that only up to 5000 clients could be seletced/flagged at any one time - this restriction has been removed.
Revenue Report:
A new Export tick box has been added to this report's options. If selected, the Revenue Report raw data will be exported to a CSV file format.
Customized Documents:
Eight new fields have been added to the Customized Document field definitions that will allow Daily Notes to be brought-forward, as follows:
Progress Notes:
When printing multiple daily Progress Notes using the compact version, a page break was appearing between each note - this has been removed.
Contact Log:
The Contact Log has been added to the web version of Practice Perfect! It can be accessed through the same icon as the desktop version.
Client Self-Booking:
The Province/State of the clinic displayed when a new appointment was booked was being displayed incorrectly - this has been fixed.
October 2017 ICD10 changes:
CMS changes to the ICD10 coding system have been implented in this release. Several codes have delisted, added or have had their descriptions slightly altered.
EDI835 Remittance Processing:
$0 payments made through EDI835 Remittance Processing will now appear as a $0 payment, with all of the relevant details, on the financial activity screens and reports instead of simply being disregarded.
Ontario MVA HCAI:
Invalid characters submitted are now converted into ESC-style so that they can be submitted to HCAI. This is an internal change only. Any errors related to invalid characters will no longer occur.
Ontario OHIP/Ministry of Health:
A list of the most popular MOH claim submission/rejection errors will now be printed at the bottom of the OHIP Rejection Report.
