Spaces in the HOST IP and PORT values will now be ignored.
When setting up your email parameters (to send appointment reminders, invoices, etc) there is now a Test Account button which will verify whether or not your settings have been entered correctly.
The buttons to re-order Scheduled Providers/Rooms/Equipment and the Waiting List were sometimes greyed-out in error, this has been corrected.
An error occured when the user didn't have access for both the Client Listing and Schedule in a multi-location setting, this has been corrected.
Users can now define minimum requirements for passwords - including length, special characters required, numbers required and upper case required, along with a duration in days that a password can be used. These settings can be found in Settings, Other Settings, Security.
Client Injury information:
An error sometimes occured when trying to re-order the Diagnostic, Injury Code, and Body Part information for a client on their Statistics tab - this has been corrected.
Emailing Invoices, Receipts & Statements:
The Use Client Name option, which includes the client's first name in the body of the email, was not being respected when emailing these documents - this has been corrected.
Receipts did not include the day-of-the-week for each client's next appointment - this has been corrected.
Generic Invoice & Receipt printing:
The option to exclude the name of the Provider for the next appointment on Invoices/Receipts was not being respected - this has beem corrected.
A new option entitled Include all incidents has been added to this report. If selected, the patient will be repeated for every incident in their record on both the printed report and Excel export. If not selected, only the current incident will be reported.
Payment Application Report:
A new option has been added to this report allowing the user to select the Date of Entry range as a printing criteria.
A bug in which payments not attached to any specific location not showing on this report has been corrected.
No Shows will now be shown with a
strike-out on all Daily and Weekly scheduler reports.
Customized Document Goals:
Goal comments in excess of 8192 characters were causing errors - this has been corrected.
Daily Note printing:
The Unit/Duration column in the Services section was sometimes being truncated - this has been corrected.
Functional Limitation Reporting:
G-Codes entered on days without any other services were not bringing-forward the most recent ICD-10 codes - this has been corrected.
EDI837 5010 invoice:
A bug that shows an error when an Injury Date is missing has been corrected.
The Body Map function is now available on all customized documents on the web version of Practice Perfect.
