  • Division and Service Location filters are now fully-respected and relate to the Client's Incident and not each individual charge, this was not working properly in previous releases.
  • The Balance Forward line will now only contain the client's Balance Forward.

A long-awaited new option has been added to the setup of Customized Documents. A new column for each field entitled Carry Forward has been added. This will allow fields to automatically be carried-forward from document to document. In this new column, you can indicate one of the three following options for each field:

  • None - This is the default. When selected (or left blank), the field-in-question will always start off as blank when in use.
  • Last Use any Document - If selected, the value for this field will be brought forward automatically from the same field in the most recent custom document within the client's incident, regardless of the document's name.
  • Last Use this Document - If selected, the value for this field will be brought forward automatically from the same field in the most recent custom document within the client's incident, but only if the document has the same name.

  • The Next Appointment sent to The Wired Client will be the soonest of all incidents for that client, and not just the current incident.
  • Last Cancelled Date sent to The Wired Client will be the appointment that was most recently cancelled, but not necessarily the next appointment.
