Medicare MIPS Measures:
MIPS has arrived!
All-things PQRS have been renamed to MIPS, claim-based measures have been updated/added and relevant G-Codes have been updated/added. MIPS usage is almost identical to that of PQRS.
Activities by Documents:
Notes can now be added to any document in the Activities by Document listing. For internal/custom documents, double-click on the document and then select the Note icon from the toolbar. For imported/scanned documents, double-click on that document and use the new Comment field. The Note can then be viewed by clicking on the Note icon from the Activities by Document listing.
Actitivies by Goals:
A new column entitled Last Modified has been added to this listing.
When entering the Goal Description, you can now click on the ... within the field to expand the space in which to enter the field, which can be lengthy.
Original and Remaining Units will now be included on this report.
A new drop-down option has been added to this report entitled Checked-in Duration. Selecting <None>, the default, will prevent any checked in and out times from being included. Based on Scheduler will incldue the checked-in and out times from the Scheduler. Based on Daily Note will include the checked-in and out times from the Daily Note.
Multi-Payment Apply panel:
A new column has been added to the multi-line Apply Payments panel called $0. This should be used if you want to apply a $0.00 payment to a specific line, for whatever reason. To automatically record a $0.00 to ALL lines, click on the new Zero Payment button. $0.00 payments will show in all financial activity listings.
Also please note the renaming of the Zero Detail button now renamed Clear Details.
An issue with column totals being 'cut off' has also been addressed.
The Apply overpayment to client balances... tick box will now be retained, by user, for future use.
Invoicing $0.00 charges:
An issue in which $0.00 charges could not be invoiced has been corrected.
Deleted Client issue:
It was possible to unapply a payor-side payment for a deleted client, which would cause that client to have balance - while remaining deleted. This loophole has been closed. Payments related to deleted clients can no longer be unapplied - those clients must first be retrieved from the wastebasket.
Blue Side-Bar info:
The Future field on the blue side bar now shows both the number of Future Appointments and the Next Appointment Date for the current incident.
When a series of reminders pops-up and you reach the last reminder, the Next button will now read Finish.
A new field entitled Full Name has been added to each user, purely as reference, to record the actual full name of the user.
There is now a 100kb file size limit on the importing of clinic logos under Housekeeping, Contacts, Offices - this is not retroactive.
The comma has been dropped from the Rendering Provider's name in loop 2010AA.
