When auto-adding charges from the scheduler and more info was required (eg; diagnostic codes, service locations), the amount of the fee code was being displayed even if the option to not show financial information had been selected. This loophole has been closed.
Daily Note Font issue:
The pesky bug in which the Tahoma 8 font keeps appearing when the entire section of a note is highlighted has been corrected - once again.
Daily Note printing:
It is now possible to search by Field # when in the Field Listing in Customized Documents.
Deleting Invoices & Services:
On occasion, a "multiple singleton error" would appear when deleting multiple services or invoices - this has been corrected.
Payment Receipt with Detail:
Date of Service was being cut-off for those with long Windows-date formats - this has been corrected.
Scheduling Rooms & Equipment:
A loophole existed in which appointments booked directly with Rooms/Equipment did not check to see if the selcted Provider was avaialble, as well. This has been corrected.
Scheduler Post Treatment:
The Post Treatment Description field can no longer be left blank - a default expression will appear if the field is left empty. The empty descriptions could be confused with available time when viewing the schedule.
Patient Fall-Off report:
An error that occured when selecting the Show email addresses option has been corrected.
Revenue Trend report:
If printed using Date of Entry, charges that were deleted would have been included - this has been corrected.
Inventory Adjustment report:
A new option entitled Include Fee Description has been added which will print the actual item description and not just the Fee Code.
New Client Statements:
While there is still more development work to be done here, the production speed of the new Client Statements has been enhanced substantially when selecting a batch of clients.
Provider Performance Summary report:
Blocked time that had Do not count as available time unticked was not being added to Unscheduled Hours on this report - this has been corrected, blocked time that is available will now be added to the unscheduled time.
Activities by Document:
Documents can now be imported into the Activities by Document using the web version of Practice Perfect in the same fashion as the desktop version using the Import icon.
Daily Notes & Documents Comments:
A note/comment can be added to any Daily Note or Document on the web version using the Comments icon. These comments can also be viewed by hovering over the same icon on the Activities by Progress Note and Activities by Document screens.
EDI837 Electronic Claims:
EDI835 Payment Processing:
The date contained in the BPR line will be used as the Payment Date if the DTM line is absent in the received remittance file.
Ontario MVA HCAI Update:
A new mandatory change has been implented by HCAI with the release of the HCAI Toolkit 3.21. This update is included in this release of Practice Perfect and is required for any HCAI submissions made, OCF18, OCF21 and OCF23, on or after April 1st, 2019.
Under Settings, Telus Health invoice settings, the user can now define where the Telus temporary transmission and confirmation files are to reside in the new Invoice Save Location field.
Block appointments can now be added to any time on the scheduler, even if its before or after a Providers Start/Stop time.
Users can now decide if Client appointments can be added to any time on the scheduler, even if its before or after a Providers Start/Stop time. This option is selected under Settings, Customize Scheduler, Appointment Entry by selecting Allow appointments to be booked before or after scheduled start/stop time.
