With this new release comes a major appearance change and a completely different internal engine that will provide for greater speed, flexbility and the handling of special characters and fonts in clinical documentation.

Search by Guardian:
From the Client Listing screen, the Search by Guardian Name function was not working when <All Locations> were selected. This has been corrected.
Vaccine Status field:
A new Vaccine Status field has been added to the first screen of the Client Detail.
Client Flagging:
A bug in which searching for a client by name undid any existing flags already on clients has been corrected.
Contact Log:
A loophole allowing for the entry of 'bad dates' on the Contact Log has been closed.
Help / Users Guide:
The Users Guide option has been replaced by the Learning Center link in the Help drop-down menu which will now navigate to our online Learning Center (https://www.practiceperfectemr.com/learningcenter).
Reminders:
The Completed Reminders listing will now be displayed in order of Date Completed. Please note that this change is not retroactive and any Reminders completed to-date will be listed in the order they were originally entered.
Security:
An issue in which information regarding the current client would not be shown on the left hand panel of the Practice Perfect home screen when users did not have access to the initial Client Listing has been corrected.
NEW Installation:
Invoicing:
A new message has been added to the invoicing process when the 'nothing to invoice' message appears. The new meesage reminds that user that the invoice date must be greater than or equal to the service dates contained on that invoice.
Fee Packages and Fee Codes:
A bug existed in which any Fee Code that had been used in a deleted Fee Package could not be deleted itself - this has been corrected.
Billing Sheets:
This report can now be run for a date range instead of just an individual date.
Scheduler Reports:
The order of the Location and Resource filters have been swapped on the report criteria panels for several scheduler-based reports in order to be more logical.
Client Listing:
Each Client's Referral Source Last Name and Referral Source First Name have been added to the exported version of this report.
Daily Reconciliation Report:
The Scheduled Provider has been added to each line of the "Billing/Scheduled Time Discrepancies" section of this report.
Find Appointments report:
A new option has been added to this report entitled Summarize Cancel, No Show and Rebook reasons. If selected, the reasons entered or cancellations, no shows and rebooks will be summarized provided they match the drop-down reasons that have been setup.
Pending Appointments report:
A line height issue has been corrected that was resulting in some text being cut off.
Operations Summary report:
A bug was corrected that may have raised a 'Singleton error' when producing this report.
Revenue Report:
Age, Gender, Race and Zip Code fields are now included next to each service on the exported version of this report - based on the client.
Provider Performance Summary report:
If the Show Financial option had been disabled in secutity for a specific user, if that user ran this report, the Average Units/Visit figure was not being shown on this report, even though it is not a financial figure. This has been corrected and that information will now be included in this situation.
Statements:
Dual Signature Timestamps:
A substantial change has been made with this update involving the completing and signing of notes and documents. Each note and document now contains a separate field for each signatory to indicate whether a note/document has been completed and signed. And each completed/signed status now comes with its own timestamp.
For clinics where two clinicians sign off on daily and documents, it is now necessary for BOTH clinicians to inidcate that the document has been completed and signed. The note/document will only be considered completed/signed in full if both providers have made this indication.
All relevant reports have been modified accordingly to reflect this new information.
For pre-existing notes and documents create and signed prior to this change, the date/timestamp of multiple signatories will be identical since there was only one timestamp recorded.
Customized Documents:
Daily Note printing:
A 'string truncated erorr' was sometimes appearing when printing daily notes, this has been corrected.
Patient 360 and MIPS:
Submission issues with Measure #128 and Measure #226 to Patient 360 have been corrected on this update.
Telus eClaims:
This update includes the POS v9.0 updates to the Telus integration valid as of November 28th, 2021.
Recurring Appointments:
The ability to add recurring appointments to the schedule has been added to the web version of Practice Perfect and functions exactly as it does on the installed desktop version.
Upcoming Appointments:
The function that allows patients to see their upcoming appointments has been altered to include the current date appointment (today) as well, instead of reflecting tomorrow onwards.
Treatment Plan Tab access:
The Treatment Plan tab for the current client can now be accessed directly by right-clicking while the mouse is in the grey-header section of the client and selecting Treatment Plan from the drop-down menu that will appear.
Client Listing:
The exported version of this report now includes the Emergency Contact information.
Resource Week-at-a-Glance report:
An export option has been added to this report which will export the schedule for the week for a specific resource to MS-Excel in a grid format. Please note that this is only available when selecting a single resource.
Dual Signatures on Notes & Documents:
Further to the addition of two, unique date/timestamps for Daily Notes and Documents, a loophole has been closed preventing a signed note from being altered. If either provider on a note/document Complete/Signs that note/document, the other provider can no longer make changes to that note/document.
Documents On File report:
This report will now also show any co-providers attached to a document.
Waiting List/Available Times:
The Available Times function, when called directly from the Waiting Listing, was including appointments that didn't respect the actual day(s) of the week that were indicated in the Waiting List - this has been corrected.
Dual Signature Date/Timestamp issues:
Documents completed/signed by co-providers using the web version of Practice Perfect were recording the signature, but not recording the date/time stamp. This has been corrected.
