Fee Packages and Editing Transactions:
At some point, Fee Packages no longer appeared in the drop-down of Fee Codes when editing existing transactions - this has been corrected.
Contact Log:
A log entry may now be deemed as Completed by simply checking in the Completed checkbox from the Contact Log listing. There is no more need to edit the entry in order to complete the entry.
Contact Log and Faxing:
An error in which Contact Log entries were not being created after faxing a document have been corrected.
Report Printing:
A bug causing an "Invalid Request/Access denied" error to be raised when Page Settings were selected from Report Preview screen and selecting Apply to all pages (and clicking) OK has been corrected.
Revenue Report:
A bug introduced in release R602 in which a Revenue Report could not be produced for an individual provider has been corrected.
Patient Fall-Off Report:
Additional fields from the printed report will now be included in the exported version, including: Last Appointment Status, Day Attended count, No Show count, Cancel count and Charges.
Customized Documents:
An error introduced in a recent release in which Bring Forward fields were not working if the the fields exsited in different Sections has been corrected. Fields can be now be brought foward regadless of Section, as it was prior.
Daily Notes Report printing:
A bug introduced in a recent release in which Daily Notes no longer printed in the correct order has been fixed.
Web Version Reporting:
The Revenue Report, Office Day-at-a-Glance Report and Resource Day-at-Glance Report have been added to the web version of Practice Perfect.
The Compensation report, Referral/Associaton Report and Unbilled Services Report are next in line.
EDI837 Loop 2420A option:
Under each Provider, under the Billing #'s tab, the option to Exclude Loop 2420A has been added. If ticked, this look will not be included in EDI837 submissions for this Provider/Payor combo.
