Inactive Billing Rules:
A Billing Rule may now be demeed as inactive by clicking on Inactive from with the Client's Incident Billing Rules screen, near the top-right. If deemed inactive, the Billing Rule will still appear on this screen, but will not be listed at all in the top header and no charges will go to that payor even if all other payors' coverage has been exhausted.
Visit Countdown:
The option entited Visit Countdown based on Completed Appointments (under Settings, Customize Accounting, General) has been renamed to Visit Countdown based on Arrived/Completed Appointments and will now countdown visits based on either an Attended or Completed appointment.
French Client Invoices:
Client Generic Invoices and Generic Receipts will now be produced in French if the first two letters of the Client's Preferred Language field are "Fr" or "FR". The Preferred anguage field is contained on each Client's Demographics tab.
Document Printing order:
If multiple documents are selected to be printed from the Activities by Document listing, they will now be printed in the order of their respective Creation Dates.
Daily Note printing issue:
A bug introduced in a recent update resulted in the Client Signature for a note, if enabled, overlapping the Co-Provider's signature, if one existed, on the printed note. This has been corrected.
Activities by Document:
A loophole in which certain documents in the Activities by Document listing were visible to Providers that should not have been has been corrected.
Client Account Statements:
Client Statements for multiple clients can now be emailed directly to clients, en masse, and no longer have to be emailed one at a time. This applies to both the legacy and new style of statement.
Payment Application Report:
The Grand Total of Duration, Visits, Units and Quantity may have been misreported on this report, this has been corrected.
EDI835 Remittance Processing:
The EDI835 Remittance processing function has been modified to prevent deadlock errors, which would also help to improve the processing speed.
Ontario HCAI invoicing:
The HCAI update version R3.29, which takes affect on April 3rd, 2023, is ready to go.
Quick charge entry from Daily Notes:
A bug introduced recently caused on error when entering Fee Package fee codes from within Daily Note entry - this has been corrected.
Changing Appointment Status:
A very recent bug in which Appointment Statuses could not be altered has been corrected.
Integrated Payments:
For those clinics using mutliple locations within Practice Perfect with the client portal, it is now possible to setup multi-locations with different Global Credit Card processing MID accounts for use with the Client Portal. As a result, the correct Global MID account will process the payment, based on location, and the subsequent funds will be deposited into the proper location's bank account.
