Waiting List:

Many changes have been made to the Waiting List, as follows:

First, the Provider Type will now be listed next to each entry on the Waiting List listing.

Second, in the setup for each Provider, a new tick box exists entitled Only show own Provider Type in Waiting Listing. If selected, when that Provider looks at the Waiting List, only clients requiring the same Provider Type as that provider will be listed.

Third, a new option has been added under Settings, Customize Schedule, entitled Waiting List is Provider Type based. If selected, the automated Waiting List pop-up will only contain clients requiring the same Provider Type as defined by the Client’s Incident's Managing Provider's type, therefore allowing the Waiting List to be automated based on Provider Type.

Fourth, the Wired Client texting Text bubble icon icon has been added to the Waiting List listing panel so that clients can be texted directly from that listing. Please note that Wired Client must be enabled for this function to operate.

Lastly, the entire Waiting List function now works on the web version of Practice Perfect!

Notifying Providers about Cancelled Clients

Providers can now be notified, via text, when a client cancels their appointment. This option can be enabled by default under Settings, Other Settings, Wired Client and selecting Text Provider when client cancels, by default.

Please note that Wired Client must be enabled for this function to operate.
