The length of the email Account Name has been doubled in the Email setup panel.

A new option has been added to this report entitled Exclude any cancelled appointments, which, if selected, would prevent any existing cancelled appointments from being shown on the report.

Also, the report will now be shown in 12-hour format instead of Military (24 hour) format.

PenPal AI has two new options when in use:

• First, the transcript from the recording is now presented to the user for review prior to production. If there are any changes you wish made to the transcript before the AI processing beings, this can now be performed. A Find/Replace function has also been included to any words that are repeatedly included with incorrect spellings - such as a misinterpreted Client's name, etc.
• Second, the user can select to either Replace or Amend to the document-in-question. Should the recording replace what is already contained within the document or amend to what is already there? This new options allows you to make that selection.

On the Web version only (if PenPal AI has been enabled - and coming to the Desktop version imminently), each section, Subjective, Objective, Assessment and Plan now has a Dictateicon next to each heading.

By clicking on this icon, you can now directly Dictate your note for that section of the Daily Note. Once completed, you will be able to choose whether or not you wish to Amend to or Overwrite the existing note as well as doing any Find/Replaces as well.
