For example, if you were to reproduce a Generic Invoice/Receipt that has had payment(s) applied since it was first created, these payments and the updated balance can now be shown on that invoice reproduction.
To enable this function, visit Settings, Customize Invoice Format, under the Client Invoice/Receipt Format tab and select Show applied payments.

Clinical Documentation/EMR

- At times, fields were being cut off when printed, this been corrected.
Patient Portal
"Cluster" Booking:
A new feature, sometimes known as "Cluster Booking", has been added to the client portal.
This feature allows you to prevent clients from booking an appointment in a large, empty block. For example, if a Provider has appointments booked in the morning but NONE in the afternoon of a specific day, you can now prevent clients from booking in those large, empty, spaces, thereby attemption to keep the day 'tight'.
To enable this feature, visit Housekeeping, Scheduler, Scheduled Providers. In each Scheduled Provider, there is a new field entitled Web Booking Max Separation. In this field, enter the maximum number of minutes of empty time between appointments you allow. For example, entering '120' means that no appointment can be booked more than 120 minutes from the start or end of another appointment - the maximum amount of time that the Provider can be idle is 120 minutes.
If the field is left blank, then any gaps can be filled, which is the usual situation.
Note: This only affects Client self-booking, not user-entered bookings.
Web Version
Pending Appointment Provider notification:
- On the web version, an error occured on the Web Appointment Listing panel when automatically messaging the relevant Provider about a newly booked appointment. This has been corrected.
- Appointments confirmed from the Web Appointment Listing panel were not being sent to the Client, if applicable. This has been corrected.
