OHIP Invoicing:
Fix a problem with OHIP file numbering once it exceeds 100.
HCAI Invoice Submission Report:
An error were incorrect totals may have been reported at the bottom of this report has been corrected.
HCAI Provider Type:
"Orthopaedic Surgeon" has ben added as a Provider Type for HCAI submission.
Custom Documents:
When printing custom documents, the user will now be given the option to not print the File #.
Custom Documents
The client's age on a printed custom document will now show years and months.
Release Notes:
The Most Recent Release notes function under Help now brings users to the new, online release notes system.
Reminders:
Recurring reminder were broken in release R451 - this has been corrected.
Simple Receipts:
The position of the payee's name on the Simple Receipts was out of allignment, this has been corrected.
Faxing:
The time allowed before outgoing faxes fail has been increased.
Fee Code Listing:
When printing a list of Fee Codes, the user now has the option to print the list of Products only.
Canned Initial Evaluation document:
A bug that did not show zero second Single Leg and Tandem stance times has been corrected.
Canned Initial Evaluation report:
The Range of Motion section was not printing in the same order as displayed on the screen - this has been corrected.
Customized Documents:
A new Search by Field Name ability has been added to the Fields table of the Customized Document function.
Generic Invoices:
When the Hide Patient Information option is selected under a Payor's Billing Preferences, the patient's name will no longer appear in invoice footers.
Statements:
The Tear Off section of the statement will now also display the name of the Patient even if a Guardian exists.
Provider Performance Summary:
When a Scheduled Resource was deleted, running historial Provider Performance Summary reports yielded incorrect information - this has been corrected.
HCFA/eHCFA Claim Forms:
A new Payor Billing option exists entitled Box 14 to contain Injury Date. If selected, the incident Injury Date will appear in HCFA Box 14 along with the "431" qualifier.
Client records:
Clients have now been enhanced - users can now view General, Demographic, Payment, Guardian and Client Contacts tabs.
Documentation:
Fee Codes associated with stored phrase will now operate correctly.
Scheduler:
Corrected the scheduler appointment change client issue and delete appointment issue.
