Due to a lack of live testing time provided by HCAI, an error in which HCAI claims were set to be paid to the client instead of to the clinic occured. This update automatically sets all HCAI claims, to-date, to be set as being paid to the clinic.
The FOTO integration has been altered slightly so that if a File # exists on a client's record within Practice Perfect, that File # will now also be sent to FOTO for reference.
Credit Card information:
The Payment Info tab, which contains Credit Card information for your clients, can now be completely disabled, if desired. Please contact our support department for more informatio.
Unpaid Services Report:
A 'string truncated' error occured occasionally when running this report - which has been corrected with this release.
The length of the Original Reference Number on the Tag for Resubmission panel has been lengthened to 32 characters.
