Discharge Process:
A new field has been added in the Discharge information to indicate a Process Start Date for discharge. This is for reference only.
Custom Documents - Drop Down Fields:
The default values indicated for drop-down fields were not being inserted automatically upon document creation - this has been corrected.
Custom Documents - Spell Check:
The spell check feature was not working on multi-line text fields, they were being skipped. This has been corrected.
Customs Documents - Client Age:
The Client Age field was being caluclated based on the current date and not the date when the document was first created - therefore the age was incorrect when looking at older documents. This has been corrected.
Custom Documents - Tables:
A new table type has been added and is called Incident Goals without Previously Goals Met. If you want to show goals in your document but only those goals not yet met, you would select this table type.
Quick Service Entry:
Services entered using the Quick Service Entry screen will now total Units at the bottom of the entry panel.
Resubmissions:
Only the first 16 characters of the Original Reference # field were being displayed, this has been increased to 32 characters.
Office Day-at-a-Glance Report:
The number of characters displayed for an appointment note has been increased to 128.
Client Profile Sheet:
This report will now include the client's Service Location, if multiple locations exist.
Revenue Report:
This report will now show both the Service Location and Treatment Location (eg; School, etc) for each client.
Revenue Report:
A new option entitled Show User/Entry Info has been added to this report. If selected, the name of the user who added or deleted the service along with the date stamp will appear.
Revenue Report:
Deleted services were not being subtracted from client sub-totals where visit,quantity, unit and duration were displayed. This has been corrected.
Statements:
Settings for the Contact Log recording of statement preparation will now be retained and will not need to be re-entered each time statements are prepared.
Statements:
The usage of sqaure-brackets in Statement Notes was causing the comment to be truncated - this has been corrected.
Recurring Appointments:
If a recurring block appointment was copied/pasted to a different date/time, the original appointment chain was being deleted. This has been corrected.
Recurring Appointments:
When editing appointments that are part of a recurring chain, future appointment notes were being overwritten. This has been corrected.
Pre-Submission Reports:
This report, for all invoice styles, will now also include the total number of claims being submitted.
Saskatchewan WCB Invoices:
These invoices will now include Employment Status and Diagnostic Codes.
OHIP:
OHIP Group Number has now been added as an OHIP setup option. The file submitted to OHIP will be named accordingly and the group # info will be contained in the submission file.
