New Last X-Ray Date field:
A new field entitled Last X-Ray Date has been added to the Client Statistics tab. This field is required in some jurisdictions for billing purposes.
Contact Log Detail sorting:
The Contact Log Details screen can now be sorted by either Contact Date and/or Category. Entries from individual categories can now also be highlighted.
Security and Data Encryption:
Practice Perfect has increased its communication encryption between workstation and server from 1024 to 2048 bit.
Scheduler Day-at-a-Glance Report:
Appointments booked in unavailable time were not being shown on this report - this has been corrected.
Scheduler Find Appointments Report:
An option now exists called Show Duration which will include and total the duration of all the listed appointments.
A bug existed in which report jobs were not necessarily going to the selected printer - this has been corrected.
Progess Note Status Report:
The Completion Date for each daily note and document has been added to this report.
A bug existed in which Fee Codes that did not have pricing setup properly would not show on generic invoices (eg; missing a 'per' selection) - this has been corrected.
Daily Notes printing:
A new option entitled Don't include blank sections has been added to the printing of Daily Notes. If selected, any section left completely blank will not be printed at all, including the title (eg; Subjective, Objective, etc).
Service Entry from Notes/Documents:
The service entry screen used when entering daily notes and documents will now total the duration that has been entered, along with the total units.
Custom Document printing issues:
Several issues in which text has run off the bottom of the printed page and text overlapping between different fields on the printed page have been corrected.
Custom Document printing:
A new option entitled Include File # in Footer has been added to the printing of custom documents - the Client's File # will be included in the document footer.
