About This Release

We are pleased to announce the official release of Practice Perfect EMR + Management Software Version 2.0 R474. Please review the attached list of new features & benefits carefully.

Canadian Billing Specific

HCAI OCF18 and OCF23 form printing!

Both the OCF-18 and OCF-23 documents can now be printed directly from Practice Perfect! When preparing to Send these documents to HCAI, there is a new tick box option entitled Print OCF-18/OCF-23 form. If selected, you will be able to either Print or Preview these forms.

Telus Health Integration:

This update includes several fixes to the Telus Health Integration in response to internal changes made by Telus. Many submission errors should be corrected by this update.

Reminders:

When adding new Reminders, you can now indicate multiple recipients instead of only one or all.

Payors:

Two new tabs have been added to the Payor detail, HCFA Preferences and EDI Preferences. These tabs are simply the result of re-arranging options to be more clear, no new information has been added, just re-alligned.

Provider Weekly view:

You can now jump directly to the weekly view for a single provider by simply right-clicking once on the Provider's name in the column-heading.

Cancellation Notes / Contact Log:

When an appointment is being cancelled and the Cancellation Note is being added, a new tick box now appears entitled Add to client contact log. If ticked, the cancellation comment will also be logged in that specific client's Contact Log.

Blue Side-Bar:

The Client's Age was sometimes being displayed incorrectly depending if the birthday had yet occured for the current year or not.
