Goal Entry on Notes/Documents:
Under Settings, Customize Progress Notes/Documentation, a new option exists entitled Show active goals only during Progress Note/Document entry. If selected, only Goals that have not been met will be shown during daily goal entry.
Daily Goal Entry:
The Target % and Met % for Goals without a Goal Code were not being carried forward - this has been corrected.
Customized Documents:
The internal ID #'s for Fields, Sections and Documents will now be shown for reference when creating and modifying customized documents.
Goals on Customized Documents:
The Goals on customized documents will now contain then new Target % and Today (tick box) fields.
Goals on Daily Notes:
The new Target % and Today (tick box) fields will now appear on printed daily notes.
Daily Note Printing:
When printing Daily Notes, a new option entitled Only show goals work on today has been added. If selected, only goals with Today ticked will be included on the printed report.
Daily Note Printing:
When printing Daily Notes, a new option entitled Show Goals in Objective Section has been added. If selected, the Goals will appear directly under the Subjective section on the printed report.
Goals on Canned Documents:
Goals on Canned Documents will now include the new Goals fields, Target % and Today (tick box).
Activities by Document & Security:
The Activity by Document listing was not granting access to Authorized Providers - this has been corrected.
Security:
Users not allowed to modify Provider detail will no loner be able to access the Provider Billing #'s and Compensation tabs.
Reminders:
A bug introduced in version R474 that caused Reminders to ALL users to stop working has been corrected.
Accounts Receivable report:
A new option entitled Group Clients together has been added to this report. This option is only avaialble when Show Summary only is selected along with Show Client and Payor A/R by Payor. If selected, all client receivables will be lumped together into one total at the end of the report.
Client Attendance report:
The incorrect Initial Visit Date, # of visits and Last Visit Date were sometimes reported incorrectly on this report - this has been fixed.
Client Listing report:
The Client Listing report, when printed for a specific location, will now include all clients with incidents attached to that specific location and not just for the default incident.
Referral Trend report:
This report was including deleted patients in the report counts - this has been corrected.
Payor Revenue Trend report:
A new option as been added to this report entitled Show details by visits. If selected, the report will show visit counts for each payor instead of treatment revenue amounts.
Booking Appointments:
A new warning will appear if an appointment is booked for a specific fee code for a length of time shorter than that fee code's Default Duration. When booking a new appointment, the appointment duration will automatically be set to the Defalt Duration of the selected fee code.
Pending Appointments report:
A new option exists on this report entitled Show job title. If selected, the provider's Job Title (eg; Physical Therapist, Massage Therapist), will appear next to the provider's name on this report.
Patient Self-Booking:
A brand new Patient Self-Booking portal has been implemented allowing patients to select which incident they are booking for, and therefore their provider, along with being able to modify their preferred appointment duration. Please contact our support department to either set up your patient portal or move from our old portal to the new portal.
HCAI OCF-23 Submission:
The Pre-Approved Goods and Services pre-check/error has been removed from this submission.
Telus integration:
Several modifications have been made to the Telus integration as the process continues to be refined, as follow: 1) Single line breaks were not converted in the claim notes; 2) The nullified date will now be shown when viewing claim detail; 3) Standard Life removed as a Telus insurer as of April 1st, 2017.
EDI-837 5010 / eHCFA / HCFA submissions:
A new Provider, Billing #'s option to Force Send a specific rendering Provider NPI # on HCFA Box 24J-lower and on EDI837 into NM109 Loop 2310B.
