Telus-related fields on screens with lower resolution (bigger fonts) were not appear on Billing Rules and Policy/Claim tabs - this has been corrected,
When selecting an existing client as a Referral Source, the Phone # shown in the drop-down will now reflect the Home Phone # and not the Work Phone #.
Contact Log listing:
The Contact Log listing now allows users to drop-down and select All items, Completed Items and Incomplete items.
A loophole in which Interest charges could be created without an associated Provider has been closed.
The Apply Overpayment security option was not being respected when a service was entered and an unapplied payment was on file This has been corrected.
When the View Type = Self and Clients option were selected, documents prepared by other providers were not appearing in the Activities by Document listing - this has been corrected.
Authorized Providers will now be respected on the Activity by Progress Note listing.
Accounts Receivable Report:
Paid charges related to OHIP that were fully-paid were showing on this report - this has been corrected.
Client Attendance Report:
Show Client Notes and Show Billing Rule Notes have been added as options to this report.
Referral Association Report:
This report will now also include each client's VISIT count as well as their revenue.
A bug that reflected an incorrect quantity total in the summary section has been corrected.
This report was not showing each client's diagnostic codes if the previous appointment on the report was 'blocked' time - this has been corrected.
Client Missing Fields Report:
Sometimes clients imported from legacy (other) software were not appearing on this report - this has been corrected.
Provider Performance Summary:
Deleted resource hours were being included in total scheduled hours - this has been corrected.
The total of Unscheduled Hours was being calculated incorrectly - this has been corrected.
Appointments booked using the Insert key and/or right-click were not respecting the new minimum duration tied to each Fee Code - this has been corrected.
A new button called Manual split has been added when entering a charge for a client if there are more than two payors on file and you need to modify the way the charges are split between those payors.
Generic Invoice/Receipt printing:
Lower-case letters that dropped-down below the font line (eg; g,y, p) were sometimes being cut-off - this has been corrected.
A new column called # Payors has been added to the multi-payment entry panel so that the user can see if other payors exist on the account.
Receipts with Detail printing:
Receipts with Details will now show all providers related to a single charge (if a split fee exists) similar to the Generic Invoice/Receipts.
Invoice Submission Reports:
Invoice #'s and Sub-Totals have been added in to the Invoice Submission reports for OHIP (Canadian), WSIB (Canadian), HCFA (American) and EDI837 (American) invoice styles.
When setting up customized documents, Field ID #'s will now be shown in ALL places, where relevant.
Customized Documents & Word-Integrated Documents:
Marital Status, Payor Phone #, Client Occupation and Physician Company have been added as exportable fields to both Customized and Word-merge documents.
EDI837 Billing Style:
A bug adding an extra space after the Diagnosis pointer has been corrected.
EDI837 Billing Style:
Remove the limitation to send Initial, Assessment, X-Ray and Injury Date in Loop 2300 when the dates exist. Also fixed the Injury Date missing from the submission, if one existed.
MVA HCAI Billing Style:
A bug that sometimes caused an Arithmetic Error has been corrected.
MVA AISI Billing Style:
The printed AISI OCF21B/C invoices have been updated to the most recent October 2016 version.
Telus Electronic Invoicing:
Changes to Telus releases 4.0 and 5.0 have been included in this update. This does not represent any changes to the user experience.
The Contact tick-box in the Client record (next to each email address) was not being respected when sending client self-booked appointment confirmations - this has been corrected.
Users can now and and edit Phrase Categories and Phrases during daily note and document entry in the same manner as the Windows desktop version.
The Physiotec integration function and icon have been added to the web-based clinical documentation functions.
