When ALL locations are selected on the Client Listing, the Service Location of the most recent incident will be shown next to each client.
When on the Client Listing and filtering by Service Location, clients with ANY incident attached to that location will now be displayed regardless if it is the currently active incident or not. Until now, the client would only be displayed under the Service Location belonging to the active incident.
Payors (US Version only):
When new Payors are added they will automatically be assigned the ICD-10 coding system by default.
Cancelled Appointments/Contact Log:
When appointments are cancelled and the cancel comment is transferred to the Contact Log, the date the cancellation was recorded along with the user who recorded the cancellation will be now be included in the Contact Log comment.
New options exist in the Payor Generc Invoice settings that allow the inclusion of the Adjuster's Phone # and Fax # directly onto the generic invoices.
Scheduler Office Day-at-a-Glance report:
A bug in which some entire time slots were dropped entirely has been corrected.
Patient Fall-Off Report:
An error that occured at times when this report is exported has been corrected.
Unbilled Services Report:
Payor Network has been added as a new filter to this report.
Referral Sources with the same Company Name will now be sub-totalled both on the detail and summary versions of this report.
Unpaid Services report:
This report will now display an asterisk * next to any patient where their Unpaid amout may be duplicated under several different payors.
ALL Documents and Daily Progress Notes:
Until this release, any Canned/Custom Documents or Daily Progress Notes that were printed or reprinted reflected the current Incident Physician, even if the Physician had changed over time. Moving forward, the Incident Physcian as of the time the document or daily note was created will appear on the printed documents when reprinted in the future.
Daily Notes and Goals:
There was some confusion as to when the Goals icon appears next to each Daily Note on the Activities by Progress Note listing. With this release, the icon will appear next to any date in which NEW goals were entered.
The REF segment of Loop 2310A will no longer be included in the EDI837 file if its contents are empty.
The incorrect Provider Reference # was being was being printed if a Managing Provider was not entered on the client Incident.
The title on Part 4 of the printed report was incorrect - this has been fixed.
Physicians and Other Contacts listings can now be added and modified from the Practice Perfect web version!
Activities by Document & Activities by Progress Note:
The option to drop down to ALL incidents have been added to these listing screens.
