Welcome to the February edition of our monthly e-newsletter! In this issue we talk about the release of our online payments feature, share a recording of our RTM webinar with Physiotec, as well as a recent video about key metrics that are tied to practice growth.

We’re thrilled to announce that online payments through the Client Portal are up and running! You can now start collecting payments from patients anytime, anywhere.
To get started, you’ll need to complete the following steps:
1) Sign up for Global Payments debit and credit card processing. Even if you wish to use a separate payment processor for in-clinic payments, you’ll still need to setup an account with Global for online payments.
2) Gain access to the Client Portal. As a reminder, this is a cost-free feature that also gives patients the ability to do a few other things like schedule appointments, exchange documents with the clinic, and more.
3) When that’s done, drop us a line and we’ll send you a form to complete, and assist with the next steps in setting up online payments in the Practice Perfect Client Portal.
