Coming Soon: A Preview of Our Next Release

We’re only a few days away from the release of our our latest build, and we want to provide of preview of some of the key updates and changes included within. Beyond that, we want to give you a peek of a several highly-requested features that we’re aiming to release this spring.
Updates and Changes in R662
The Client Portal continues to receive a slew of new features as the months roll by. In our upcoming release, we’re adding the two following functions for your clients:
– Clients are able to produce full detailed receipts on their own in the Client Portal. This is particularly helpful since they won’t need to contact the clinic directly and ask for a printed copy or an email containing their receipt.
– Clients can now add themselves to the Waiting List in the Client Portal. If your patients have a particular timeslot that they want and it isn’t currently available, they can login to the Client Portal and add themselves to the list, so if it does become available, you’ll receive a notification in Practice Perfect so you can easily fill that availability.
– You can add a ‘Reply To’ email when emailing clients invoices, appointment reminders, statements, etc. through Practice Perfect.
Coming this Spring
In a couple of months, we’ll be releasing our subsequent build, and it includes some exciting new features, as well:
– Clients on your Waiting List can receive an automated notification when a spot becomes available, so they can contact the clinic right away and claim the spot for themselves.
– The Patient Self Check-In App will allow patients to check out of their appointments, too.
– And last, but certainly not least, we’re working on bringing full two-way texting into Practice Perfect through Wired Client. Many users are sending outgoing SMS through Practice Perfect right now, but this will give you the ability to have an entire conversation with the patient directly in the EMR system.
