Welcome to the March edition of our monthly e-newsletter! In this issue, we discuss an upcoming enhancement for the Practice Perfect/Wired Client integration, a new feature coming in our next release, and a word on a brand new partnership.

Wired Client: Exciting New Features to Enhance Your Clinic’s Communication



The Practice Perfect and Wired Client integration continues to grow, with new features being added in nearly every release. In our most recent build, R662, we’ve added a tab called Communications to your Providers’ profiles. Here you can choose whether to send your Providers a text when:

– A new document has been uploaded by a client in the Client Portal
– A new appointment is scheduled by a client in the Client Portal
– A patient cancels their appointment
– A patient patient arrives for their appointment

Of key importance is that a provider can now receive a text message the moment that a patient cancels, so that they don’t miss a chance to reach out to them to reschedule, or fill that appointment slot with someone from their waitlist.

In other news, we are very close to bringing full two-way texting into Practice Perfect. Oftentimes, two-way texting is the only reason that users are logging into Wired Client outside of the initial setup, so by bringing it into Practice Perfect, we’ll be able to facilitate a much more streamlined approach.

Next Release: Get Notified About # of Visits


Certain insurances carries, such as Medicare and Medicaid, expect patients to be re-evaluated after a set number of visits. In our upcoming release, we’ll be adding a feature where you can define this number and receive a notification every time a patient reaches it.

For example, if the patient needs to be re-evaluated on every 10th visit, there will be a popup when that 10th appointment occurs, and the Provider can then react accordingly.

Hushmail is Now Integrated with Practice Perfect!

Many of you may be familiar with Hushmail, a secure emailing solution trusted by healthcare practitioners for sending protected client information. It’s HIPAA/PIPEDA compliant, it’s simple to use, and now, it’s integrated with Practice Perfect!

All of the email communications that you’re currently doing through Practice Perfect can now be facilitated by Hushmail. From appointment notifications to patient statements, they’ve got you covered.
