Now Available: New Client Portal Features

We’re excited to introduce two versatile new features in the Practice Perfect Client Portal designed to make scheduling and managing appointments easier for both providers and clients.
Cluster Booking
First, our highly requested Cluster Booking feature helps keep your day running efficiently. Cluster Booking prevents patients from booking during completely open periods. For example, you have morning appointments scheduled booked but your afternoon doesn’t have any appointments, the system will encourage clients to schedule closer to your existing appointments. This keeps your schedule tight, reduces gaps, and ensures your day flows more smoothly.
Cancelling Appointments
We’ve also added an optional setting that allows clients to cancel appointments online directly through the Client Portal. This self-service option can be toggled on or off to give clients more flexibility, while instantly updating your schedule in real time. No more missed calls or delayed updates — cancellations are processed immediately, allowing you to fill openings quickly and keep your schedule optimized.
