Event: Our 2019 PPS Conference Recap

Last week Practice Perfect made a trip to Orlando to attend the American Physical Therapy Association’s annual PPS conference. This year’s event brought a nice mix of existing clients and new faces to our booth. Here’s a quick recap on the festivities.

Beginning on October 30, the Practice Perfect touched down in Orlando and headed over to the beautiful Rosen Shingle Creek hotel (pictured above). In keeping with tradition, the APTA chose a very swanky hotel the host their PPS conference.

One of our favourite things about the PPS shows is their wide variety of food, Be it breakfast, lunch, or dinner, there’s always something delicious for the crew to munch on. This time around our booth was conveniently located next to the food tables, making grabbing a bite super convenient.

It was very fortunate that the team didn’t have to wander too far because there was always someone stopping by the booth. Whether it was an existing client who wanted to catch up with us face to face, or a brand new clinic who’s inquiring about an EMR system, there was always someone to chat with.

When we weren’t hanging around the booth, we were off enjoying some of the other attractions Orlando has to offer. And if you’ve ever been to Orlando, you’ll know that there are a ton of theme parks throughout the region–so what kind of trip would this be if we didn’t visit at least one?

The team made a trip to Disney’s Animal Kingdom. The highlight of which was Pandora–The World of Avatar. Everyone who’s seen the movie can remember just how epic Pandora is, and you can rest assured that the ride does not disappoint.

All said, we had an awesome time in Orlando and we can’t wait until our next trip there! Word is it may be sooner than later.
