The Practice Perfect Press: October ’22

Welcome to the October edition of our monthly e-newsletter. In this issue, we fill you in about a much anticipated feature, provide an update on the Coviu telehealth integration, and share an interesting use case for the Wired Client–our SMS service.

Our Latest Release

Practice Perfect’s latest official release is Version R602. For more information about the updates and changes included in this release, click here.

Our Online Payment Portal is Currently Under Development!

For many years we’ve been working with Global Payments Integrated–a multi-faceted payment processing provider–to provide clinics with a streamlined payment processing solution. And now, we’re taking the partnership one step further by offering online payments through them.

Pictured above is a preview of our online payment processing system. This new feature makes it easier for clients to pay their bills by removing barriers between them and their invoice.

We know that this feature has been in demand for some time, and we’re very excited to be able to share this news with you. Stay tuned for more information as we get closer to making online payments a reality.

And if you aren’t working with them already–it’s a great time to get in touch with Global Payments Integrated and learn more about their debit and credit card processing system. Click here to get in touch with them.

A Update on the Coviu Telehealth Integration

Practice Perfect’s integration with Coviu is well underway! In Version R602 and above, users are able to send the virtual meeting room link to clients and launch virtual meetings through Practice Perfect.

In an upcoming release, users will be able to mark appointments in Practice Perfect as teletherapy, too. This means that email appointment notifications for appointments that are marked as teletherapy will automatically include the virtual meeting room link.

Wired Client in the Real World: Communicating with Clients about Extreme Weather Events

We’re closer to winter than we’d like to admit, and that means that we’re in for some bad weather. Most recently, our friends in Florida were battered by Hurricane Ian. A week before that, the folks in Atlantic Canada had to deal with the fallout from Hurricane Fiona.

In situations like these, it helps to be able to communicate with your clients in a pinch. This is why the Wired Client implemented the Broadcast feature.

The Broadcast allows you to send a message to all of your scheduled clients instantaneously. Whether you need to close the clinic for the day, or inform them that a certain provider can’t make it in, you can blast a message instantaneously and keep your patients from guessing whether or not you’ll be able to see them.
