We’re drawing ever closer to the release of our PenPal AI, with a limited trial set to begin this fall. But before we begin the trial, we’ll be hosting a webinar where we dive into this new feature and show you exactly how it works, so be sure to watch this space for future updates.
In the meantime, we encourage you to register for our AI Medical Scribe waitlist. To do so, simply click here fill out the form.
How can you be sure that a patient is completing their Treatment Plan? In our latest Practice Perfect Presents video, we show you where to enter important details about a patient’s expected visits in their Client Record, as well as how to run the report that tells you who isn’t keeping up with their treatments.
Wired Client currently allows you to send automated messages to one phone number or email per Client Profile. But there are certain situations where a clinic might need the same message to be sent to more than one recipient, such as in the case of divorced parents or multiple caregivers.
If this feature were to be added to Wired Client, there would be two new fields added to the Client Profile–an Alternate Mobile Number and Alternate Email. Since every client wouldn’t need an Alternate Contact, these would need to be entered manually in Wired Client for specific patients. This leads us to the following question.
Would you log in to Wired Client to add an alternate contact to Client Profiles manually? Vote below.
Imagine your digital world as a house. Just as you take various measures to protect your home from intruders, such as locking doors, installing alarms, and securing valuables, similar strategies are used in cybersecurity to protect your digital assets. By understanding cybersecurity through the analogy of a house, we can better grasp the importance of each security measure and how they work together to keep our digital environment safe. Explore this analogy to see how different cybersecurity aspects correspond to common home security elements.
