You will be able to dictate your daily progress notes, evaluations, or custom documents, and the AI assistant will automatically transcribe your recording and insert it into your document. Suffice to say that this new tool has the potential to save you and your team countless hours.

We know that many of you have been eagerly awaiting the opportunity to use AI, and you are not going to have to wait much longer. This fall we will begin a limited beta test where users will be able to try it out for themselves and submit feedback to our team.

Practice Perfect Presents: How to Process Online Intake Forms

Practice Perfect’s Online Intake Forms can now be automatically imported into the EMR system. Whether you’re an existing online intake forms user, or you’ve yet to try them out, you can check it out by watching the video above.

Recent Changes in R642

In Practice Perfect’s latest release, we added a brand new Compliance Report, as well as the ability to print off a calendar containing your patients’ upcoming appointments. Here is a brief overview:

• Compliance Report: We have added two new fields to the Treatment Plan tab of the Client Profile that enable you to track how many visits a patient is allowed in a certain number of days. This data is then summarized in the Compliance Report, which provides a clearer picture of who is keeping up with their prescribed treatments.
  
  

• Patient Appointment Calendar: If you ever have a patient asking you to print off a list of their upcoming appointments, you can do them one better. In the Scheduler, you can generate a calendar detailing their upcoming appointments, and give them one less excuse to miss an appointment.
