We know that many of you have been looking for a way to simplify your notetaking process, and have considered using AI to help achieve this. A few months ago, we met with an AI Medical Scribe company who provides a plugin that allows you to dictate your notes and automatically populate your documentation. And while their integration works very well, we’ve found the cost to be rather prohibitive for many of our users.
Yes, it has the potential to save you and your staff a lot of time, but the financial burden it would put on clinics is too great. In many cases, the expense will come right out of the clinic’s bottom line, or worse yet, out of the practitioner’s pay cheques.
This is why we’re currently in the process of building our own, in-house AI Medical Scribe that’s designed to work with Practice Perfect, for a fraction of the cost. We’re still in the early stages of development, but we already have a working model and are excited to share our progress with you over the months to come.

You’re now able to send automated emails through Wired Client! Like the recently added voice calls, you can change the Contact Method of your Events to Email, and an email will be sent at the scheduled time.
Unlike the SMS and Voice messages, you’re able to send an unlimited number of emails at no additional cost. So there’s no harm in doubling up on your reminders to ensure that your clients arrive for their appointments on time.
