Practice Perfect regularly releases software updates throughout the year, many of which include new options and features based upon the requests of our users. We’re a couple of months into the PenPal AI trial and development is still humming along. In R650, we’ve incorporated the following updates:
Find and Replace: After recording, you can now use a Find and Replace function to replace the same word throughout the transcript, in the event that PenPal AI misheard a certain word. This can be especially helpful when using medical jargon.
Amend vs. Overwrite: Previously, any dictation completed with PenPal AI would automatically overwrite the existing content in a document. You now have the option to amend the document rather than overwrite it, which will simply update the content and add to it, instead of completely replacing previously entered text.
Increased Recording Length: The maximum recording length has been increased to 45 minutes for cases where users would prefer to record their treatment session rather than dictate their notes afterwards.
