Discover the Power of the Client Portal

We’re excited to highlight key features of our EMR system’s Client Portal—designed to make your clinic more accessible, efficient, and secure for both clients and providers.

Online Booking: Your patients don’t need to fill out contact forms and wait for a response or call your front desk and be put on hold. They can book appointments anytime, from anywhere, with just a few clicks. It’s quick, convenient, and keeps your schedule organized.

Secure Document Exchange: Easily share PHI like lab results, care plans, and more through our encrypted portal. Clients and providers can exchange sensitive information with confidence, knowing their data is protected.

Online Payments: Simplify billing with secure online payment options. Clients can pay invoices directly through the portal, improving cash flow and reducing administrative workload.

These features streamline operations, enhance client engagement, and improve overall care delivery. If you haven’t explored the portal yet, now is the perfect time to get started! Click here to contact support today.

Now Available: New Wired Client Features

Last month we teased a few new Wired Client features, and we’re happy to report that they are now available for use.

Secondary Mobile Number: We’ve added another field to client profiles for secondary mobile numbers (Mobile Number 2). If you need more than one person to be notified about an upcoming appointment, like another parent or caregiver, you can easily login to Wired Client and add their number to the client’s profile. The secondary mobile number will receive a copy of any future automated messages sent to that client.

24 Hour Appointment Reminders: The # of Hours Before Next Appointment Trigger Type has been updated to allow you to send appointment reminders up to 24 hours before the patient’s visit. Previously reminders were being sent the morning before, or the evening before the appointment, but now we can send the reminders at roughly the time which the client will be seen.

Provider Notifications: In R652, there are a number of ways to notify your providers about changes to a client’s record. Your providers can receive a text message when the appointment status is changed to ‘arrived’, as well as a text message when their appointment is cancelled, which is sure to speed up some workflows.

And that’s all for now, but as ever, there’s more to come. So if you haven’t already, you can take advantage of our free two-month trial and start texting your patients today.

Inbound Faxing: Streamline Your Faxing Process

Get ready to say goodbye to paper jams and manual uploads. Our inbound faxing service was designed to simplify how your practice handles incoming faxes. With this new feature, received faxes are automatically imported directly into your EMR system, eliminating the need for manual scanning, uploading, or data entry.

This automation improves efficiency, reduces the risk of lost or misfiled documents, and ensures that patient information is readily accessible within their chart—right where you need it.
