The Practice Perfect Press: September ’23

Welcome to the September edition of our monthly e-newsletter! In this issue we talk about some of the new features currently in development, provide a link to our most recent webinar, and share some information regarding Coviu’s updated Pearson Assessments.

Our Latest Release

Practice Perfect’s latest official release is Version R627. For more information about the updates and changes included in this release, click the link here.

Under Development: Online Intake Forms and Insurance Eligibility Verification

Online Intake Forms

If you’re using Practice Perfect’s online intake forms then we have great news for you! Currently, completed intake forms are sent to an email address of your choice. But in our next release, you’ll be able to receive these forms directly within Practice Perfect. Upon reviewing the completed form, you can easily attach it to a client’s profile without the hassle of downloading it from your email and re-uploading it into the system.

Insurance Eligibility Verification

We’ve also been hard at work with Waystar to add insurance eligibility verification to Practice Perfect. Our aim is to give you a more efficient way to see exactly what your patients’ insurance covers, and avoid situations where they’re required to pay for their treatment out of pocket, or you have to write it off.

Be sure to watch this space for future updates because we have plenty more in store for you!

Replay: The Top 3 Features for Improving Client Engagement

If you weren’t able to make it to to our webinar about the Top 3 Features for Improving Client Engagement, we’ve got you covered.

In it, we discuss how text messaging, self-serve client portals, and outsourcing your billing and collections can combine to create a stellar in-office experience for your patients.

Pearson Assessments via Coviu’s Virtual Care Software

Coviu, Practice Perfect’s telehealth software provider, has a long-standing partnership with Pearson Clinical to integrate the digital stimulus books and digital administration of commonly used Pearson assessments into Coviu’s platform.
