If you’re using Practice Perfect’s online intake forms then we have great news for you! Currently, completed intake forms are sent to an email address of your choice. But in our next release, you’ll be able to receive these forms directly within Practice Perfect. Upon reviewing the completed form, you can easily attach it to a client’s profile without the hassle of downloading it from your email and re-uploading it into the system.

We’ve also been hard at work with Waystar to add insurance eligibility verification to Practice Perfect. Our aim is to give you a more efficient way to see exactly what your patients’ insurance covers, and avoid situations where they’re required to pay for their treatment out of pocket, or you have to write it off.
