We Were At The Clinic Boss Summit in Toronto!

The Clinic Boss Summit, the most awaited clinic owner event of 2022, happened in Toronto on September 16 to 17. We decided to support this summit because it aligns with our mission to help PT’s success in impacting even more lives through effective management practices.

It was great to catch up with many clinic owners, including some of our awesome existing clients! The CBS Summit always presents a great opportunity to network with other clinic owners.

Make it easy for them to get in touch with you. We know you’re busy, but there’s nothing worse than getting a clinic’s voicemail time and time again, and sitting around and wondering if they’re going to call you back. Try texting your clients instead. 


Treatment doesn’t stop at the clinic. Get your clients invested in their recovery by sending them home with a home exercise plan (HEP). HEP’s can be integrated with their client profile in Practice Perfect, and help encourage progress between visits. Click here to learn more. 


Given them more control over their treatment. By using a client portal, patients can do things like create their own client profile, request appointments, and exchange documents with the clinic.
