Once a year, physical therapists from around America gather in a different city for the American Physical Therapy Association’s (APTA) Private Practice Section (PPS) Conference. This year, the annual PPS Conference was held in Chicago, and Practice Perfect was there for all of the action.
On day one of the conference, we were greeted by many of our existing clients. Due to the nature of our business, we don’t have many opportunities to meet with clients face-to-face, so we savour these chances to speak with them in person. And clients kept stopping by our booth over the course of the day, giving us nothing but positive feedback.
In addition to the existing clients, we got to see a lot of new faces, too. Many of them had seen our extensive collection of tutorial videos on YouTube, and some have even seen our video about the top 5 questions every clinic owner should ask their practice management vendor. It’s always great to hear that our videos are relevant to both existing clients, and potential ones.
All throughout the conference, the guests were treated to delicious snacks. And we’d be lying if we told you that our booth wasn’t strategically placed near the food table.
When night fell on Chicago and all of the attendees were left to their own devices, the Practice Perfect team did some strolling around downtown Chicago. There were lots of sights and sounds to soak in, and the brisk weather wasn’t entirely unfamiliar to this Canadian-based troupe.

We had a blast at the 2017 PPS Conference and we’re looking forward to seeing you again in 2018!
