Welcome to the February edition of our monthly e-newsletter! In this issue we talk about a couple of new features that are currently in development, the addition of automated voice messages to Wired Client, and our online intake forms.

Under Development: A NEW Dashboard and Revamping the Client Portal Experience


Practice Perfect is in the midst of developing some fantastic new features. For starters, we’re going to be adding a dashboard containing a number of key performance indicators (KPIs) to the software. You’ll be able to see important metrics such as attendance, revenue, and referrals at a glance. We’re also adding a dashboard geared towards task management. For example, if there are still notes that need to be signed by a provider, we want users to be able to see this right away.

Our other area of focus is the ever-growing Client Portal. We’ve taken strides towards streamlining the onboarding process, reduced the number of steps involved with creating a profile, and added safeguards to avoid the creation of duplicate profiles. On top of this, we’re adding the ability to patients to check your availability without having to register first–a feature that’s very much in demand.

Now Available: Voice Calls and Test Messages

At last, Wired Client is offering automated voice calls! Similar to our automated SMS Events, it takes your customized Message Template, calls your clients’ phones, and reads the message verbatim at the scheduled time. If they don’t answer, it’ll leave a voicemail for them that they can playback at their convenience.


We’ve also added a new Test feature. Over the years, clients have asked us if it’s possible to see what a message looks like prior to sending it to their patients. And with the addition of the automated voice calls, we agree that it would be very helpful to hear what the message sounds like before the calls go out the door.

Online Intake Forms: Take Another Step Towards Going Paperless



No matter your practice setting, intake forms are a key part of patient registration. Many clinics still rely on paper intake forms, but there’s a better, more streamlined way to collection this important patient information.


Our online intake forms can be added to your clinic’s website, emailed or texted directly to patients, or completed on a tablet in the clinic. Once submitted, they’re automatically imported into Practice Perfect where they can be assigned to a client profile with the click of a button.
